I would highly recommend Brandon as an agent. I found him to be very professional and very techno savvy. After establishing Brandon as the agent we wanted to work with some houses that we wanted to look at were arranged. After we had looked at the houses we wanted to see he then set us up to receive new listings as they were placed on the market. Everyday I could go to my e-mail and look at what homes were being placed in the market or any listing changes for that day. I feel that gave me an advantage as I did not have to go to any other sites I just had to review the listings sent to my e-mail. That allowed me to purchase the house we did.
He also has great experience in foreclosures and that also was very valuable as we purchased our home that was in foreclosure. He knew exactly what paperwork needed to be filled out.
