Brandon's knowledge of the area, it's home types, and local codes are outstanding.
He listened to what we were looking for and found us the house we were looking for.
He has a great personality, we had a lot of fun working with Brandon on our home
purchase. I'd recommend Brandon for all your real estate needs.

Brandon has done his level best to represent me as the listing agent of my property.
The listing was made on a Monday, and he was able to find a buyer on Friday the
same week. The following Monday, a purchase agreement was signed. Brandon is
an excellent example of professionalism, integrity, and care of his clients that all
Realtors should aspire to be. In my estimation, Brandon will be my Realtor for all
future real estate transactions. I cannot praise him enough. A+++ rating!

Brandon is an amazing realtor! I highly recommend him. He really knows what he is
doing and how to get things done efficiently. I feel that I had someone that was
always there to help answer any questions I had during the whole process of buying
my first home and I do not think that it would have gone so well without a
knowledgeable professional like Brandon.

Brandon was very helpful when I first started my home search. I didn't have a very good idea of the type of house or what area I wanted to buy in so we started looking at various houses until I had a better idea of what type of properties interested me. He was always able to answer any questions I had and was very helpful at pointing out areas of the houses, good and bad, that could be easily missed by a new home buyer. He also lead me towards great people to work with for my insurance and mortgage. Once I entered into contract with a seller Brandon performed his duties very prompt and was proactive with keeping the process moving forward, which was no easy task for this particular property. Overall Brandon made the purchase of my first home easy and exciting. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

knew things would go well because he was on our side and wanted to make sure
we got what we needed and was honest.

Brandon is an easy guy to work with. He's a great listener and really good about giving his advice but letting you make the decisions. He's a hard worker and very knowledgeable about what he does. He's also encouraging and pleasant to be around. His genuine-ness and integrity give us a lot of peace of mind.

Terry

I would highly recommend Brandon as an agent. I found him to be very professional and very techno savvy. After establishing Brandon as the agent we wanted to work with some houses that we wanted to look at were arranged. After we had looked at the houses we wanted to see he then set us up to receive new listings as they were placed on the market. Everyday I could go to my e-mail and look at what homes were being placed in the market or any listing changes for that day. I feel that gave me an advantage as I did not have to go to any other sites I just had to review the listings sent to my e-mail. That allowed me to purchase the house we did.
He also has great experience in foreclosures and that also was very valuable as we purchased our home that was in foreclosure. He knew exactly what paperwork needed to be filled out.
My experience working with Brandon was excellent!!!

Brandon is energetic, friendly, honest and straightforward and was awesome to work with! He gave us as much information as possible when we were searching for our first home and for us as first time home buyers he was very helpful giving us advice on things we weren't sure about. We found a home within a week and closed a month later! We would very highly recommend Brandon!

Brandon and his crew worked extremely hard to represent our house well. As the market started to slow- they kept working with our best intentions in mind. At the end of the day we got a good price on our home and the transaction went smoothly.
